Friendship Profiles
This creative project helps students explore the qualities that define positive and negative friendships while encouraging personal reflection on the kind of friend they want to be. Through a three-part activity, students create visual “profiles” for a healthy friend, a toxic friend, and themselves as the friend they hope to become. Each profile includes core traits, boundary strategies, and meaningful quotes. Ideal for Counseling & Mental Health I, Human Development, or independent living courses, this activity strengthens emotional awareness, decision-making, and interpersonal growth.
