Performance Based Measurements
The Mental Health Toolbox is a semester-long performance-based measurement (PBM) that allows students to apply what they’ve learned in a meaningful and personal way. Through selected projects, reflections, and classwork, students build a digital notebook that explores key components of well-being—such as emotional literacy, self-awareness, communication, decision-making, and relationship skills. This curated portfolio becomes a resource students can take with them beyond the classroom. The final submission includes a video presentation that highlights their most valuable takeaways. Includes editable slides, a PBM Notebook template, and guidance for student reflection and final presentation.
