This engaging activity introduces students to foundational psychological theorists and theories through a fun, creative twist: dating profiles. Working in pairs, students are assigned a historical figure in psychology—such as Freud, Maslow, Piaget, or Bandura—and research their key contributions, theoretical framework, and personality traits. They then use Canva to design a visual profile that reflects the theorist’s perspective on human behavior and mental health. The activity builds research skills, deepens understanding of major psychological concepts, and encourages students to think critically and creatively.
